ABOUT ME

Carina Boustani is a young and dynamic business woman who is committed to community services.

She is a board member of the Fernand Hosri Group. The group which was founded in 1966 by her father Mr Fernand Hosri operates in different fields of activities such as telecommunication and security, FMCG, office equipment and consumable distribution, Insurance brokerage and consultancy and publishing.

In 1999, she graduated from the Lebanese American University with a BA in management and a minor in Human resources then joined the family business and rotated around the various companies and departments then went on to securing an MBA with a focus on Family business.

Carina Boustani currently holds the position General Operations Manager at F. A. Hosri and is the Editor in Chief of Mom’s and to Be Magazine.

In 2010 she was a founding member of the Family Business Network Lebanon ( I would describe the aim here) and is currently serving on its board as Co-Finance Chair.

In 2012 she was elected on the executive Board of the Syndicate of Nursery Owners in Lebanon and is currently presiding over its social Committee.

Most recently, Carina Boustani was elected on the Beirut Traders Association board and is presiding the Market committee; where she hopes to serve with utmost conscientiousness and enthusiasm.

Reputed for communal involvement and social responsibility since scout days, Carina Boustani is currently leading EYWA – Dar Al Hadana an association founded in 1909 by her great grandmother Mrs Eugenie Tanios Saad, aiming at enabling women to be active and productive members of society and contributing to household and national income by offering relatively free of charge daycare services.

In short, Carina is known for being sharp-witted at work, big-hearted in society, fun and reliable among friends but most of all she is a mother to three angels for whom she continuously thrives to make the world a better place.
